Frequently Asked Questions

What benefits are there for putting a policy through my business?
Limited companies will receive corporate tax relief, the policy is seen as a business expense, therefore reduce the businesses taxable profits.

What should I do if I was to leave my company health insurance policy?
We can look at options for you based on an individual policy, a personal plan. We will review your benefits and complete a review for you . It is important to protect your underwriting.

How much do you charge for your services?
As our client, we do not charge you a fee for our services.

Why should I use a broker?
We are a regulated and independent expert business, working with multiple providers, giving you numerous options and market comparisons, rather than going direct to one provider who can only offer you one product. We have strong negotiating options when your policy renewal is due.

Will the policy cover pre-existing conditions? A pre- existing condition is a medical condition, disease or illness which you have had advice, treatment or medication for prior to the start date of your policy. On some group schemes these can be covered, but on personal schemes there is usually a period of time (often 2 years) which you have to be clear of a pre-existing condition before it can be considered for cover under the policy.
